PHENIX CONTROL
PHENIX CONTROL is the piloting and control tool for the PM100 and PM250
systems. It can configure equipment according to the shades of the powder
being used.
Its architecture uses a supervision application which manages different customization
modules.
MANUFACTURING MODEL
- Selects the layering sequence which is pre-programmed in standard mode
- Creates the layering sequences in advanced mode
- Executes and Supervises the manufacturing cycle
CHAMBER
- Programming and/or selecting followed by executing the heating cycle
- Programming and/or selecting followed by executing the gas cycle
LASER
- Laser firing command
- Manual positioning of the beam
- Supervision
SCANNER
- Beam piloting
- Viewing the advanced manufacturing stages
