PHENIX
SYSTEMS specialised in the design, production and sales of rapid manufacturing
systems using the laser sintering of metal and ceramic powders.
The laser sintering process in solid phase was developed in the beginning of
the 90s by a study group specialising in heterogeneous materials at ENSCI. This
patented technology has gone through a lot of research and development work carried
out by PHENIX
SYSTEMS concerning the materials and software aspects in order to bring adapted
technical answers for a wide variety of industrial activities.
The PM250 and PM 100 systems have the following strong points :
- Cross metallic-ceramic production
- Laser fibre sources with a high reliability factor, 50 watts or 100 watts
- Customizable layering system
- The use of standard powders
- An integrated Computer-Aided Design system
